Bid Title: South Aurora Street Sidewalk Extension Project

Description:
The proposed project is to provide improvements to sidewalk segments and curb ramps throughout the City of Ithaca. The project will primarily include removal and replacement of existing sidewalk and curb ramps, and construction of new sidewalk and curb ramps. All sidewalks and curb ramps are within the City of Ithaca right of way. This project is a Unit Price contract. Please be advised that the project must comply with New York State Labor Law prevailing wage and Davis Bacon and Related Acts requirements.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of: Five Percent (5%) of the Total Gross Sum Bid in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Draft, or Bid Bond. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit. Bid deposits of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned promptly upon execution of the contract with the successful bidder.
