Sealed bids for the GIAC Recreation Center Project, will be received by Scott Andrew
at the Office of the City Controller of the City of Ithaca, 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY
14850 until 1:00 PM, Tuesday February 14, 2023 and then at said office publicly opened and
read aloud.
This is a multi-prime contract project that will consist of all work associated with the
General Construction............Contract No. 1
Electrical Construction......... Contract No. 2
Mechanical Construction.......Contract No. 3
Plumbing Construction..........Contract No. 4
There will be a pre-bid meeting at 1:30 pm on Tuesday January 24, 2023 at the GIAC
Recreation Center.
The BID PACKAGE, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders,
BID, Agreement, Supplemental Conditions, Bond Information, Drawings, Specifications, and
Addenda may be downloaded / printed from the related documents here.
All questions for clarification must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Brooks Hendrix (project
manager) @ and the Appropriate Design Team of Record by no
later than the end of day on Tuesday February 7, 2023.
