   Someone just hit my car at the green street garage. They did not pay for the ticket and they slip through behind me when i paid for mine. I do not know this person and they out right stressed me out...

   Someone just hit my car at the green street garage. They did not pay for the ticket and they slip through behind me when i paid for mine. I do not know this person and they out right stressed me out and yell at me. I would like to make a complaint.
