Pursuant to Public Officers Law Section 87(2)(e) and (f), two (2) general orders have been withheld in their entirety, SWAT and Crisis Incident Negotiations Team (CINT). The SWAT and CINT general orders are withheld as their disclosure could reveal investigative techniques or procedures and/or endanger life or safety.
