Upon submission of your request, City staff will confirm receipt of your request and will confirm the fee amount for the letter ($50/hour). Letters typically can be produced in one hour, but occasionally require additional staff time.
The fee should be paid by check, payable to the City of Ithaca, and mailed to:

All letters are sent electronically. If you would like to receive a hard copy, you must include a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope with the fee.
All requests will take at least 10 business days upon receipt of fee.
