Request to Use a City Park

  2. Complete and submit this application to request the use of a city park at least 2 weeks before the event. Certificates of insurance naming the city as additionally insured may be required.
  3. Will amplified sound be utilized?*
  4. Are special provisions requested? (i.e. electric, traffic control, etc.)*
  5. Notes
    Notification of approval or denial will be mailed to the applicant prior to the event, as well as the Mayor's Office, Police and Fire Departments and Streets and Facilities.
