Some sessions already have regularly scheduled groups in attendance or are quite highly attended already, so we cannot guarantee the date & time which you request. It will be the discretion of management as to whether there will be ample space for your group. Saturday & Sunday afternoons (2:30 & 5pm) are a high traffic session with lessons and public; therefore, we will NOT permit groups to come during these sessions. Other sessions may be limited in the # you would be permitted to bring, based on # of lessons and typical traffic. Groups MUST be scheduled at least 2-3 days in advance! More… Purpose: To allow groups and individuals to request group scheduling information to plan a visit to Cass Park Pool (mid June - mid Aug). Groups are permitted to come during public hours, Mon- Fri 1-4pm & weekends 12-7pm (unless otherwise noted - see website) at a discount price with a minimum of 10 and provided there is ample staff and space available for your group size in addition to the regularly scheduled groups & typical attendance. Some days already have regularly scheduled groups in attendance or are quite highly attended, so we cannot guarantee the date & time which you request. More… Groups and individuals may request scheduling information to Exclusively Reserve the Cass Park Rink for Broomball, Private Group Skate, or Rec Hockey (OWN Full Equipment is required). All reservations have a 1 hour minimum & MUST fit around the current facility schedule of public skate sessions, regular league reservations and availability of staff, so we can NOT guarantee the date & time which you request. PLEASE NOTE: ALL reservations MUST be scheduled at least 5 business days in advance, but 10 business days is greatly appreciated! Please allow 2-3 days for a reply. This form does NOT reserve the rink. An additional signed form, payment, and proof of insurance are REQUIRED for rental. This is merely an inquiry w-details, so that the facility schedule may be compared to your interested date/time to determine whether a rental would be possible.
