INTERRUPTIONS TO WATER SERVICE: None.
LOCAL IMPACTS: Oak Avenue will be closed between College Avenue and Summit Street, except for residential access.
RECOMMENDED DETOUR: Dryden Road may be used to bypass the construction area.
