2021 Pavilion Rental Season
The 2021 Pavilion Rental Season will run from June 1, 2021 -October 15, 2021. In accordance with NYS COVID restrictions use of the pavilions has been modified for this season.
Pavilions may be rented:
- Monday through Friday 6 PM – 10 PM
- Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM – 10 PM
There will be one Exclusive Rental per day with limited capacities to abide by NYS COVID protocols.
Requests to rent pavilions will begin on April 26, 2021, at 9 AM. We will accept applications on April 26, 2021, via fax (607-273-2817) or email IYB@cityofithaca.org

For in person requests please schedule an appointment by calling (607) 273-8364. A completed COVID questionnaire must accompany your rental application along with payment. Rental applications and COVID forms will be available on the city's website by Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
All requests will be first come first serve. Please do not fax or email prior to April 26, 2021, at 9 AM.
