Boards Served

The Planning and Economic Development Division serves the following boards, committees, councils, agencies, and commissions:

• Ithaca Landmarks Preservation Commission (ILPC)
• Ithaca Urban Renewal Agency (IURA)
• Planning & Economic Development Committee (P&ED) of Common Council
• Planning & Development Board (PB)
• Community Life Commission (CLC)
  
• Mobility, Accessibility, & Transportation Commission (MATCom)
  
• Parks, Recreation, & Natural Resources Commission (PRNR)
  
• Board of Zoning of Appeals

The division also works regularly with:

• Board of Public Works (BPW)

In addition to serving these city bodies, the division lends its expertise to Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS), the Human Services Coalition (HSC), the New York State Main Street Alliance, and other non-profit organizations.
